  • Activity: what you listen to, Echo, save and send, so we can run features like Weekly Picks.
  • Messages: what you send us through the Contact page, and your email if you join the waitlist.

How we use it

Who we share it with

How long we keep it

We keep your information while your account is open. When you delete your account we delete or anonymise your personal information, except where we need to keep records for legal reasons, such as review decisions in our audit log.

  • You can ask for a copy of your information, or ask us to correct or delete it.
  • You can unsubscribe from waitlist emails at any time.
